Mother's Day

After our busy day yesterday, it was nice to have a more low key day today! We had breakfast with Nana and Papa, Hawk (stud muffin) and Linda! Ed made us all omlettes in addition to donut holes and coffee cake! Rowan got a new puzzle from Nana and Papa, so we all got to partake in putting that together a few times over! Nana was nice enough to let Rowan play with her makeup this morning, which would explain the 'black' eye it looks like she has! After breakfast, puzzles, and 3 popples (thanks Gail!) we packed up and headed home. With great plans for outside work when we got home, we settled for a nap instead!

But we did squeeze in a short amount of playtime and lawn mowing before heading to bed to start the next week! Since Rowan had to deal with bows and headbands as a baby, Eddie will have to deal with hats as accessories until he develops a head of hair. From the looks of it, that will take a few years, just like his big sister!
