Today we made cutout sugar cookies to decorate tomorrow!
I think their favorite part was the flour...
Then after Ed got home...we headed over to Brian and Jess's house to have dinner and decorate gingerbread houses. Ed got home a little early so we built the houses before we went over...thankfully. It didn't end up being very easy making these on our own. I will remember next year to get the kits early! Thankfully we were talking to each other again before heading over to Brian and Jess's, kidding.
We ordered some Savoy's pizza, made some awesome gingerbread houses, and finished up with a personalized DQ ice cream cake! So much fun.
Thank you to Brian and Jess for hosting this messy endeavor...perhaps we will get this on the calendar again for next year.
