Today our friends Molly, Dylan and Brooklyn came over to play and make holiday cookies with us! We started with decorating cutout cookies, then decorating trees. Then we took a break, had some lunch and played and then finished up with reindeer cookies. They actually kept the area quite tidy, I was surprised! And of course, they didn't want to leave or stop when it was time to clean up. Such fun. And always nice for us Moms to catch up and have some adult conversation.
Later that night, we were playing Qwirkle as a family and Gizmo got some extra energy and wanted us to play with him instead. I will say...he has more energy since he's been on his gourmet diet!
