busy friday in WI

Our day started out in Lyndon Station...we were up for breakfast and then packed up and hit the road to Delafield. Grandpa Bill was already and work and Grandma Pam had to work too! Ed had a tee time for 1130am, and I had a sewing machine class at 1pm...so we had to get there sooner than later.

We had to do some switching around of carseats, so we decided to let Eddie use the real seat belt now...it worked out well for his nap this afternoon.
After my sewing maching class, Papa and Dad were done golfing, got through 17 holes before getting rained out. So we headed bike shopping! Who would've thought we could visit 3 stores in such a short period of time to find the right bikes for 2 kids. And they didn't really need helmets, but they wanted to ride their bikes immediately, and therefore we had to buy helmets too! Lucky kids with shiny new bikes!
After bike shopping and riding, we had dinner with Nana and Papa! Then we headed to Oconomowoc for a short visit with our old neighbors! A great impromptu party at the Ross residence! We didn't stay very late, but we got to catch up and the kids got to play.
There was even ice cream from Culver's for the kids!
