Santa and gingerbread houses

Today we headed to White Bear Lake to see Santa...the kids had to tell him what they wanted for Christmas! Turns out so did the rest of the town! We waited for about 45 minutes to see the man in red. Hopefully he will come through for the kids.

We made a donation to the food pantry and were able to get a free 4x6 photo!

Then this afternoon we headed home and had a boys versus girls Gingerbread house competition. And we took votes on Facebook for the winner. This picture was taken before the voting even began...but yes, the boys did beat the girls by a measly 2 votes. Close call.
