We finally had Eddie baptized today at our previous church in Pewaukee. We have had a hard time finding time to join a church here in Neenah, so finally I just contacted Galilee to see if we could have him baptized there before he was any older! Rowan was baptized at 6 weeks old, Eddie 6 months. Better late than never!
He did very well! He slept through the first part of church, and was content when he was awake as well. He didn't have a problem with the water on his head or the oil on his forehead. And was happy when Pastor Elias showed him off to the church! His sponsors are Uncle Blayne, Aunt Molly and Uncle Mitchell.
After the service we took a few pictures as a family and with Eddie's sponsors, and then headed to Nana and Papa's house for a little luncheon. We had some shredded beef sandwiches, ceasar salad, veggies and chips. Oh, and can't forget my rainbow cake/cupcakes. Didn't turn out too bad!
We thank all of our family for joining us for this special day!
