Ed and I finally bit the bullet and have decided to build a bedroom in the basement. We have intentions on finishing the entire basement at some point, but right now the bedroom is of highest need. So I was at the City Hall today and got the Building Permit, and snapped a few before pictures! Our lumber/insulation/dry wall will all be delivered tomorrow from Menards!
