Grandpa Bill and Grandma Pam came this weekend to watch Rowan while Ed and I both worked on Saturday. And then they stayed and helped Saturday while Ed accomplished a few needed tasks in the basement. He was able to get the closet doors installed and hang some more drywall. Ed wanted to make the outside of the bedroom look a bit more presentable, and we will be moving some of our storage around to organize things a bit more down there as well.
So this week, we have some painting to finish (part of ceiling that needed touching up, and around outlets), inserting another access panel in the closet, and then just cleaning up the room. These things need to be done before Thursday when we are having the carpet installed! Hoping to get out and purchase mattresses and bedding so it is sleep ready before our induction date, March 14th!
Otherwise, I completed 3 of my 4 days left of scheduled work before delivery! It was a long weekend despite being busy at work. Now I have one scheduled 12 hour day left, and 16 hours of call this week. Then the big day will be here!
