We had gotten word that there was another offer coming in, so we will patiently waited for that offer before responding to this one. Finally a second offer did come in...but it was not worth our time. It was $20,000 under asking price. So...clearly we will go with the first one, YIPEE!
Good things come to those who wait...whether patiently or not!
