announcement time...

Our house is going to be on the market next week! Ed has accepted a job in Milwaukee with Brady Corporation. The job listing came up a few months ago, Ed applied, flew to WI and interviewed...and then decided to inform them he wasn't interested in moving forward because he had potential opportunities in his current role, and he didn't think they would offer him enough to make another interview worth his time. So a month went buy, or more...and they called him again. And said they re-worked their numbers and would like to bring him back and make him an offer. The interview went well, and finally an offer worth his time came through and he accepted.

We were always hoping to move back closer to family before middle school...so this timing is working perfect. Not great with the school year starting...but good as far as middle school next year for Rowan!

These are pictures we had to share with the realtor in order to get some comparable in the area.
We told the kids, and they thankfully took it better than I thought. I was in tears in anticipation of them being in tears. And they weren't! And telling our closest friends here was just as hard. We have met so many great people in our 4 years here in MN, it makes it hard to leave. But the timing will never be right, nor the circumstances, so we need to do it while we can.

I created a video to share with family...and took more than these pics...but the gist is...this was our first house (we didn't own it, but we were married when we lived here, we got Gizmo, and Rowan was born when we lived here)
Then we moved to Neenah, WI, lived here for 3 years. Eddie was born here too.
Then we went back closer to family again, and built this home...but only lived there for 13 months. Rowan started Kindergarten while we were here.
Then we were off to MN for Ed's job! Eddie started school while here. I got to stay at home with him for 2 years prior to that. Then I started with Humana when Eddie started kindergarten...Rowan started gymnastics when we moved here...and Eddie learned his passion for hockey too....among his love for many other sports...golf, soccer, baseball, etc. But now it is time to head back home again after 4 years.
