Three Bears, Warren WI

We played hookie this afternoon from school and work, and headed to Warren WI to meet up with our long lost neighbors for the weekend. We all arrived around 4pm...checked into our 4 bedroom bungalow, got situated and headed to the waterpark to swim and have some dinner.

The gang is all here...swimming here we come!

Originally we were going to get Papa Murphy's for dinner and eat in the cabin, but figured it would be a waste of time to leave the waterpark to eat and make the most of our water time. Well, the pizza joint in the waterpark was under staffed and didn't end up being the best idea, but we all survived.

 

After we had enough swimming we headed back for some adult time. Beverages and games...fun times!

Apparently we ran low on glasses...why not drink out of a measuring cup!

Kids slept just fine on their air mattresses...even snuggled a little bit.

The next morning...everyone was up and at 'em. We had breakfast and headed back to the waterpark for several hours. Then we had lunch at the cabin, and the dad's took the kids to the arcade for an hour or so. So us mommy's got some quiet time to catch up and start the afternoon off right.

We were earlier to bed tonight as it was a long day. But doesn't mean we didn't have any fun. Probably too much fun the night before!

Sunday, some had to leave early, and the rest of us headed to the water park for a couple hours before packing up and heading home. We were lucky enough to have Grandpa Bill and Grandma Pam take Gizmo while we were there, so they met us for lunch to return the pup.

And after a fun weekend with friends, this is what we look like on the ride home. Can't wait to do it again soon. Miss them all dearly!
