Such a fun day with these women!
Turns out we didn't go to bed as early as planned last night...and at some point this Mama forgot how to sleep in, or go back to sleep after waking up in the morning. So I may struggle trying to stay up with the ladies tonight, but time will tell.
We were on our way to Cranberry Fest by 1030am...was quite the line of cars waiting to get in, so finally had a drink in our hands by noon! Then we were off to the races checking out the goods for sale! Sadly for the first several hours, all I had spent money on was alcoholic beverages and food! There was plenty of cute things...just nothing I had to have, until like the last hour! Picked up some headbands for Rowan, a firepit stick for Ed, wooded croaking frogs for the kids...that's all. But many fun memories with this amazing group of women. After the vendors closed their tents at 5pm, we listened to a man and his son sing and had a few beverages before heading back to the cabin for dinner.
We arrived back at the cabin about 8pm! Ate way too much! We did heavy appetizers, chili, soup, bruschetta, cheese/crackers, fruit, apple rollups, pumpkin bars, etc...Lots of laughing and story telling.
