We decided to have a desk made by Lake Life furniture (same person that made our kitchen table) before we move...and it was delivered today! I LOVE it! More pics to come of it in our new office in the new house! Right now it will be put in Eddie's room because we sold his bed (he is graduating to the queen guest bed since we lose a bedroom in our new house). 

We had to be out of the house this late afternoon for the appraisal to be done...so we headed to Roseville to do a little shopping and get dinner. The kids still had school money from Karen and Doug...so they each picked out a new pair of shoes.

Well the location was convenient...but the accommodations not the best. There was nowhere to sit...and you couldn't see every event the best; but hard to make all of that possible I suppose.

Another cool fall soccer game in the books. 

 Complete with gloves and winter hats. Not all the kids had gloves so Eddie was often sharing at least one of his with the goalie!

lunch dates

Today, I got to have lunch with both kids at school. Their lunches overlap by a few minutes...so couldn't spend the entire 20 minutes with each of them...and they have assigned tables so they can't sit together. But we still enjoyed our time together! 

accepted offer!!

Last night, we got an offer on our house! An awesome solid offer, above asking!!!!

We had gotten word that there was another offer coming in, so we will patiently waited for that offer before responding to this one. Finally a second offer did come in...but it was not worth our time. It was $20,000 under asking price. So...clearly we will go with the first one, YIPEE!

Good things come to those who wait...whether patiently or not!

homecoming week

Today was crazy hair and sock day! We used chalk hair color, braids, and mismatch socks!
