Treking home...with our new toy

I've not seen a man so excited in a long time...She looks good on the back of our explorer. We are headed home with Karen and Doug close behind. They're coming to visit for a few days.

And clearly these two had a fun weekend...barely on the road and passed out.

Might as well keep celebrating this boys birthday...dinner at FC.

And when your favorite Great Aunt and Uncle bring you a special birthday cake...you endulge asap.

fun fun and more fun

This pup got love from all of use this weekend. And boy is he a pup.

Then Karen and Doug arrived...with our new to us boat!

Yes, we bought a boat! My husband is in heaven!

He has been in contact with a friend of his dad's in Pewaukee who works at a marina. And he heard about the man trading in this 2015 Alumacraft; and Ed has been drooling since that first call. So lucky for us Karen and Doug were willing to pick it up for us and drive it to the Dells for us to drive the rest of the way home.

 

 So of course Ed spent many minutes checking out his new friend. Eddie thought it was pretty cool too.

Then we went out for lunch with Grandma, Grandpa, Karen and Doug.

The kids got dessert for Eddie's birthday...a little sundae.

Then we headed over and did some bowling, games, ropes course, and of course treats.

 

Then we headed back to Grandma and Grandpa's for some birthday gifts.

Then we got ready and went out for dinner to Grandpa's favorite restaurant...and endulged in a wonderful meal in celebration of his retirement. It was delicious and a great time together.  Celebrating these 2 men today!!

Standard morning started in Mom's office. And they were actually getting along.

We headed to Lyndon Station for the weekend...for a few reasons!

 

Great way to start it with the half chocolate half mint shake from McDonalds. Oh Yum!

Got to see Willett! He sure has grown!

We are here to celebrate Eddie's birthday, Grandpa Bill's retirement, and our new purchase is being transported to us, thanks to Karen and Doug!!

Mite Jamboree

The White Bear Mite 2 season has come to an end. Such a fun season with this Grey team family. Great group of kids and parents to spend the last several months with.

big day...lost a tooth and WWE

Well Eddie started his day with losing his 1st tooth...

Then we headed to WWE Smackdown...for Eddie's birthday!

We started with some dinner at an establishment within walking distance from the Xcel Center. Eddie's pizza slice was as big as his head.

Then it was off to WrestleMania...is it too late to change my mind?

Kids each picked out a souvenir; Rowan chose Becky Lynch glasses and Eddie John Cena shirt/sweatbands! Way too fun.

The night got late but the kids didn't want to leave...

All I can say is, it was quite the experience. Definitely a place to people watch for sure. But the kids loved it and would do it again in a heartbeat. You may have to pay me to go back.
