sky zone and eggs

Rowan got to go to her friends, Ethan and Johnathan's birthday party today at Sky Zone. A first visit for her. She loved it. We sadly had to sneak out a little early in order to make it home for the neighborhood egg hunt! Got a quick picture of Rowan, Faith, and Rilynn though.

 

Thankfully we made it home in plenty of time for the neighborhood egg hunt. Rowan missed it last year because she was sick...so she really wanted to make it this year. And it was definitely worth it...way too many eggs and candy this year. Thankful that the Autrey's are willing to host!

Can't believe this is what Gizmo looked like 10+ years ago when Ed surprised me with him.

Now he is a grey old man that gets spoiled rotten in his old age. But he deserves it because he has been nothing but a great pup for this family.

Of course there are presents on your birthday!

But before that...we had McDonalds for lunch and saw the movie Zootopia with his friend Asher and his grandma!

And then of course end the day with some more sugar! Happy birthday to my sweet 5 year old boy!

He just wanted to invite Asher and Cooper from school, and we let Rowan invite a friend! They all had fun! Way too many tickets and candy and trinkets to bring home. But great entertainment for a couple hours.

A busy day we had today...started with school this morning and then lunch. Then we invited Leann and Sydney to go to the park for a bit this afternoon to enjoy the weather. We decided to play at the school park. Kids had fun...until the big kids came out to play...then we left and Syd played at our house for a bit.

Then when Dad got home we headed to Osaka for dinner for a boy that will have a birthday super soon.

And our last destination was a Minnesota Magicians game! We have been in touch with Cari (Papa's cousin from MI) about meeting them at a game to watch Jake play. Also because it is a cheaper option that a Wild game (especially since we are Wild fans). So we headed to Richfield after dinner and met Cari and Joe for the game. Sadly, Jake didn't get to play in this game...but that meant autographs and pictures with him. They also participated in chuck a puck...sadly we didn't come close to the center of the ice.
