Oshkosh WI

Here we are again...traveling to WI!

This time we headed to OshKosh! Rowan is competing in a meet tomorrow with her new gymnastics team, MWT. So we left this morning and drove to Oshkosh to meet Ed. We got a hotel for tonight so that we wouldn't have to drive 4.25 hours both ways tomorrow. So we were able to check into the hotel right away...but we went and grabbed lunch. Then we headed back to the hotel to swim. 

After the pool we relaxed for a bit, then we headed further north and drove by our old house in Neenah. Then to Appleton to go to Scheels! After that we picked up some Little Caesars pizza and went back to the hotel to eat and relax. Nana and Papa sent some holiday treats for the kids, which they loved.

We saw animals, played in corn, climbed on hay bails, took train rides, and jumped on the giant pillow!

This vitamin C and alka seltzer combination has been a common occurrence in this house in the last week sadly. But whatever gets us through the day. 

SNOW!

First snow of the season...you have to be kidding.

Thankfully Ed got on the road to drive back to WI before this precipitation accumulated. 

Was a rough weekend...Eddie was home sick last Thursday with a headache and sore throat. Then Ed came home this weekend not feeling great as well. But we managed to get a few things done for the move, took down the trampoline and pulled together some things for Ed to drive back with him that the movers won't take. 

Gizmo isn't phased by the white stuff outside. I made Eddie's old bedding useful by using it to cover Gizmo's bed so I don't have to wash it so often. Will see how many times he 'roughs' it off. Easier to wash a blanket tho than the actual bed pieces.

The Razzle Dazzle

Today we were in Fort Snelling for the Razzle Dazzle meet...while Ed and Eddie were in White bear for the last soccer game!

Today's venue as great! There was plenty of area to walk around and see everything. I did get a seat in the balcony...and couldn't see everything from the seat but could get up and see everything from somewhere!

And here is our pup who had a really rough day...home alone for most of it.

GIZMO is home!!

This was Ed's weekend to drive home...and he brought our favorite pup back with him finally!

Gizmo has been staying with Karen and Doug since August 25th weekend...just to make showings and house keeping easier! But now that we have an accepted offer on the house, he came home. Thankfully, we have missed him a ton...maybe the vacuum cleaner hasn't...but too bad!

Kids were off school today...so on my lunch I squeezed in some elliptical time and Eddie worked on some shooting!

And...the new home purchases are starting to roll in...
