School fun and packages

Spent some time with Eddie this afternoon making his shoe box look like a Valentine's box. Some of these kids are pretty darn creative!
Nothing more exciting for these two than coming home from school to an awaiting package.
Grandpa Kris and Grandma Julie sent them some V-Day goodies! Some Brewer loot and candy too!
When you get sent to your room for a timeout and pass out....probably explains her sass.
Then there is this kid...goofy as all get out.

Poor Gizmo

It appears that Gizmo has an irritated potentially infected paw. It is warm and red and he is limping. Of course it is the weekend and we can't find a Vet open other than an Emergency Vet, and I don't think that is necessary. So we will call first thing tomorrow morning and get him in to be seen. In the mean time, we did a salt water soak and have it covered so that he doesn't lick it.

V-day prep and Mahtomedi Jamboree

Rowan and I were busy this morning getting her Valentines box ready, and her valentine's as well! We found this plain cute mailbox at Target and bought some things to embellish it a bit! Super Cute!
And rubber ducks it was...for both kids Valentine's this year!!
We started the day in the warm comfort of our home...and ended it outside playing some hockey. It was chilly but could have been much worse like previous weekends of hockey. Tonight we had some snow and wind...but wasn't as frigid.

artwork update

The art line was getting full, so it was time to take some down and make room for new.

These are Eddie's latest creations.
 And Rowan's creations too...
