Rowan's photobooth

She found the photobooth app on her Ipad today and had a little fun...so goofy.

We started the morning with a haircut...

Then, Drew came over to play!

Then Eddie and I ran some errands...and we couldn't resist these treats for him and his sister when picking out Uncle Dusty's birthday cake!  

Then...look who came to visit! Hudson...oh and Julie, Dusty and Monty too!

Hudson doesn't get the silly pictures yet...in due time!

We had a nice little dinner, a few drinks, and some cake!

Hudson even liked the Packer cup...atta boy!

Other pieces I decided to paint was Rowan's head and foot board and bedside tables. They were off white, and were fine until we moved here and now have white trim, and it bothered me that they didn't match. So here is one end table. Replaced the handles to match the dresser that will be in her room too.

While I had the duck egg blue out for the jewelry armoire the other day, decided to try painting a mason jar. I think it turned out cute.

Pictured the kitchen chairs the other day...he they are with the distressed table.

And school is so exhausting lately for Eddie...he fell asleep in the car on the way home. Not really sure what is so exhausting...but he falls asleep most days lately either on the way to school or on the way home.

Finally refinished and covered our kitchen chairs...

And today, Eddie and I went to Rowan's school to help supervise their bounce house fun. Mrs. Briggs class won the box top contest out of all the 1st grade classes, so they got 30 minutes of bouncy houses and needed volunteers to help supervise. So Eddie and I helped out.

Part of the inspiration for me to start painting was this jewelry armoire for Rowan's room. She has a dresser coming that I bought from Lori, so I decided to fix up this armoire from Grandma Julie for her room. Looks way better.

And while Eddie and I were out cleaning up some more snow...he decided to try out the tractor. Would much rather have weather to use that than the snow blower. Soon enough, hopefully.

...or naughty dog? Ed is always dragging Gizmo on the couch on the weekend. But Gizmo knows it is naughty which is why he has to be dragged. Spoiled big kid.
