Last days of sun

Somehow we managed to pick up a towel around the motor - that was interesting. 

Twiggy was at attention in the breeze. 

August is almost over

Eddie got to play with Hockey Factory and a few boys from his team. 

They brought home 1st place. 

Piper was just watching her friends in the yard.

Happy 18th anniversary to Ed and I!! 

Rowan got her parking permit for school!

Rowan took Eddie to his team cookout today at Pettit!

And Ed managed to run into a rock on the highway, nothing like a new windshield when you have only had your new SUV a short time. 

Sunny days

We got in some golf today with the boys! Even got to visit with Granny and Gramps on the course. 

Grilling is the best - especially with Eddie learning the ropes!

Karen and I took a trip to visit Mom and Bill. Helped them purge a Yukon XL worth of things. 

Some clothes from the 80’s…including a boom box. 

She had to have worn this before I was born…it didn’t even fit me. 

Beer fest - Madison

Ed, Papa and I headed to Madison today to help Cousin Jef serve beer at beer fest for Loaded Dice Brewery. There were definitely some interesting people -  and it was busy. We got to meet Matt’s girlfriend and hang with them for the day too. They spent the night in Madison, but we headed home since the kids were home for the day. 

More Summer things…

The kids were able to surf with Greg and Kerry today!! They both did great!

Piper got to enjoy her hair in the wind. 

Nothing like a snackle box in summer.
