Boat day

Piper got to try out her new shades today - but the water is brisk. Always loves letting her ears fly in the wind. We will take all of the Vitamin D we can get.

Golf and Family

Ed, Eddie and I golfed in the Swannie Golf Outing this year - and Uncle Kurt rounded out our Four Some. The weather was predicted to be questionable…and we made it through 17 holes before getting poured on. Was still a fun time, minus being soaked for dinner afterwards. 

Saturday was followed up with Christmas in July Fun at the Swans. Kids got to swim - adults enjoyed a Washer tournament (Uncle Steve and I won…after losing our first game bad). Kids also warmed up in the hot tub. Always fun getting together with extended family - even if it isn’t often. Everyone is busy, so glad we could make it. 

King of Spring - TX

I was lucky enough to take Eddie to Austin, for the King of Springs tournament with Northstar Elite!

It was toasty there in June!

Eddie wasn’t thrilled when I made him walk around downtown Austin in the heat. But we found some street art, and milkshakes, thankfully some streets fans with water, and more. 

There was no shortage of eating, sweating and hockey fun!

Dad’s bday too

We got to celebrate him at the only place we know - with family.

Last day of school

When Dad’s away, the kids will play…or sleep in my bed. 

My co-worker has been sleeping on the job!

And just like that - we are leaving 7th and 10th grade!

Almost Summer

Well, it’s Tusker’s hockey time - also time for the lake, but need that water to warm up! When we were in IL for hockey, we were able to stop and visit Dusty, Julie, Hudson and their new puppy - Archer! Such a cute pup! Always great when you can get some Cane’s Chicken too!
