divide and conquer

Another weekend with the Smith boys on the road and us girls doing our own traveling local. 

Ed and Eddie were in Notre Dame for the weekend. Great games and experiences. Awesome pictures!

Rowan and I were in Ozaukee and taking a few extra girls with us. 

Rowan even had a little fan - The Slates family stopped to watch in between Katella's games.

Eddie and team were recognized at high school game tonight for their awesome season. 

They were even invited on the ice. 

We also got to sit and watch the high school game. 

Basement shower tiling is complete.

First 8th grade dance

Was a busy weekend - Rowan had her first 8th grade dance of the year. She had a sleepover with the girls at Caitlin's house after. 

She had a game with come cute fans - Eddie and Landyn got a night out with Mom and Dad.

And the cabinets have been delivered for the basement. 

Can't forget Miss Piper and I snuggling.

trip to IL

Some more friendly competitive ice time, followed by game day in IL at 5th Third arena. 

Complete with lunch at the Billy Goat Tavern. 

Despite the busy life, basement progress continues. 

Refrigerator and dishwasher were delivered this week. Sadly the refrigerator has a dent in it, so will need exchanging. Shower tiling is in progress also!!

just another week in January

Just a low key January week - new skates, penalties, girls hockey, family ice time, snapchat filters, basement fireplace, sledding, selfies and more.

Another great weekend for Ed, Eddie and team in MI. 

Nothing like a bus trip and being stuck with the whole team +1 parent all weekend long. 

While I was stuck in Beaver Dam with Rowan for a tournament. 

Was a great girls weekend for us.

Well, first week of January was eventful enough. 

Turning 40 was just another day in the life. 

Spent time on the ice with the kiddos. 

Basement progress continues, complete with deer visitors out back. 

Rowans team was back at it. 

Eddie's team is on the road via bus to MI for the next showcase.
